The founder brings more than 30 years in construction and more than 25 years of hands-on experience in audiovisual system design and integration, FireCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit drafting, along with extensive expertise in project management, workflow coordination, and installation support. In addition to leading the academy, she works full-time designing AV, fire alarm, and intercom systems for K–12 schools, houses of worship, and recreation centers. She also operates Alegeh Drafting and Consulting and F. D. Hawkins Painting & Remodeling, combining active design, consulting, construction, and teaching into a uniquely practical learning experience. This blend of roles ensures that every course reflects real project demands and job-ready skills.

The academy is led by a professional whose credentials reflect a deep commitment to excellence, technical mastery, and lifelong learning. Certifications include Project Manager, Technology Specialist, Systems Design Engineer, Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt holder, Certified Notary Signing Agent and Texas Notary Public, Licensed Texas All Lines Insurance Adjuster, Certified Custodial Technician, Certified Drone Operator, and Certified Texas Food Handler and Professional Food Manager. This broad range of qualifications demonstrates a strong understanding of both technical systems and business operations across multiple industries.

Through years of experience in the AV and CAD field, the founder identified a critical gap in traditional training. Many individuals enter the industry with strong potential but limited exposure to full drawing package development, signal flow and system documentation, coordination with installers, engineers, architects, and contractors, and managing submittals, schedules, and project delivery.
